Zucchini Casserole with Sour Cream!

    Another zucchini idea: lightly saute zucchini slices, med width, in olive oil and add them to tacos. It's surprisingly good.

  4. I personally am a zuccini lover and add them in to many of recipes, even when not called for. This is a delightful new one for me to try out, as well as the comment from Yooper in MS with the taco suggestion. I love coming by to see what new goodies you are coming up with for us. - debby
