I personally am a zuccini lover and add them in to many of recipes, even when not called for. This is a delightful new one for me to try out, as well as the comment from Yooper in MS with the taco suggestion. I love coming by to see what new goodies you are coming up with for us. - debby
As a lover of all things vintage, I write about our cottage home, inspirational decorating, vintage finds, thrifty buys, and old-time recipes. I have many additional interests such as reading, writing, blogging, arts and crafts, and quilting...I write about these interests as well as about family, friends, shelties, nature and hobbies.
Another zucchini idea: lightly saute zucchini slices, med width, in olive oil and add them to tacos. It's surprisingly good.

This is an interesting recipe. I don't know what I think of it.
ReplyDeleteI needed another great zuccini recipe--thanks so much, Coralie!
ReplyDeleteThis one sounds so good...and it's a veggie too! Ok, it's surrounded by cheese and cream, but it's a green veggie!
