We aren't having turkey this year. It appears to be just the two of us and I'm not messing with it. We are having a pork loin and all the other "normal" fixings. I'm not that big of a turkey fan anyway.
This is so scrumptious sounding. I know it's breakfast time right now, but I wouldn't turn down a bowl of turkey soup if it was placed in front of me right now :)

I love turkey soup, but we also like the flavor of carmelized onions and it adds some nice color. Oh well, you know how taste buds are!
