    These sound good. Any idea what the measurement of a bag of snappy cheese is? I'd like to make the puffs, but this is a product that hasn't made it's way across our border!

    I'm like all the others..I've never heard of snappy cheese. The puffs sound wonderful..
    if it is sharp cheese..what size package???

    "Snappy Cheese" = Sharp Cheddar Cheese! A small block of cheddar cheese will work nicely with this recipe! Thanks for your comments and questions and have fun trying out this "Snappy" recipe! Hugs to all! Coralie
