Every year we get a smoked salmon and every year it sits in the cupboard because salmon is icky. OK, my husband likes it but ....ewwww.... so I might make this for him! It looks like he would like it! Thanks for reminding me to look in my pantry once in a while.
I love salmon! Salmon patties, salmon fillets, you name it, we'll eat it. I've never made anything with wheat flour though. I think I'll give this a try. Minus the hot pepper sauce!
I've been hankering for creamed salmon on toast all weekend...now you come up with this...decisions, decisions. All I know right now is...it's salmon for supper tonight~
That looks rich and delicious. Perfect for the very rainy & stormy weather we are having this week. I don't have any dill, but lots of parsley growing around the water trough. Plus I have a few cans of salmon. Thanks for posting.
As a lover of all things vintage, I write about our cottage home, inspirational decorating, vintage finds, thrifty buys, and old-time recipes. I have many additional interests such as reading, writing, blogging, arts and crafts, and quilting...I write about these interests as well as about family, friends, shelties, nature and hobbies.
