Good morning Coralie! I'm only visiting cuz I love your blog... because I HATE GRAHAM CRACKERS! So please never send me a graham cracker cake...because I know that thought crossed your mind this morning. Gee, maybe I should send Jenny a graham cracker cake. But please just keep it for yourself! Thanks for the thought, though. (giggle)
Well, unlike Jenny, I happen to LOVE graham crackers and always feel as if my house might collapse whenever I go to the pantry for a snack and discover that I have somehow managed to run out of them! Doesn't happen often, but on those rare occasions I sincerely doubt my abilities as a homemaker. ;) This looks like one worth trying!
This will be a good one, because I love graham crackers! I would like to add cinnamon to this recipe, but I'm a lousy cook, so I don't know how much of it to add. I love cinnamon, and there have been several recipes that I would like to throw some in. Do you know how much I should add? I'm afraid to experiment! Happy Monday! Carol
My thoughts of graham crackers always go to the good old days of 'instead of store bought cookies when you can't make any either'... we'd make a frosting with powder sugar and put it between two graham crackers... Ate more of them than I'd like to remember. But this may be good (O:

This is very similar to Ritz Cracker pie...isn't it? If so, I'd love it.

Another great sounding recipe. I'm not sure if I've ever had anything like it.
