  2. We love Welsh Rarebit, but it's always been a bit of a problem for us because most recipes call for Beer. I love that this uses gingerale! I might have to try this out!

  6. My mom used to make this when we were kids, I forgot all about it till I read your post. Funny how one memory leads to another, isn't it? This made me think of all the things we used double boilers for that we now simply microwave. Melting chocolate is so much easier these days!
