CAROL - 1 tablespoon chopped onion 3/4 teaspoon salt & 1/2 teaspoon paprika. I think some chopped parsley would also be nice. I love cold salmon loaf with mustard.

Ok, I'm writing this one down as soon as I'm done commenting! It sounds really tasty, and I bet it would make great sandwiches too! Thanks Coralie!
ReplyDeleteMe again. Do you suppose the t means teaspoon or tablespoon? Probably tablespoon, right?
ReplyDeleteThis is a keeper. Can't wait to try it:)
ReplyDeleteI had no idea there was such thing as chicken loaf! I'll have to try it. I have to say my favorite loaf is Hamloaf.
