I had never even HEARD of ham balls until I married my husband. His family had always had them, but they put crushed pineapple over the tops of them and bake them. I absolutely LOVE them! :)
I haven't had this version of hamballs. Ours use tomato soup, vinegar, brown sugar. Oh my. Delicious. And they used to be my kids Birthday request for meals. Yum. Thanks!
Oh boy does this recipe sound wonderful! What a fun thing to make for Easter, especially if a lot of kids would be there for the meal. Who doesn't like meatballs????
Oh my gosh ~ HAM BALLS! I still remember when we were in cooking class in elementary school and made these ~ you always stir up such wonderful dishes and memories ! Thanks as always Corlie ~ Hugs, Nancy & Angus
