  23. Happy Foodie Friday Anniversary Coralie!

I'm in the midst of packing up the house for my BIG move and don't get out to visit as much as I like, but I'm so happy I didn't miss this. I have a foodie secret, please don't tell, but I love Hot German Potato Salad and I buy it in the can and nuke it in the microwave! Terrible I know, but my mom and I were the only ones who liked it and every time I have it, I'm reminded of her.

I guess it's time for me to finally whip up a batch, so I saved this card to my recipe files.

I thought of you when I published my FF post, its a recipe from an 1836 cookbook. I love vintage cookbooks and have a number of digital versions of the really old ones. They are a treasure of recipes and history.
