Meatloaf is definitely tastier the next day. Buy a loaf of sourdough bread, slice off the top, pull out the bread on the inside. Some of which you use to make the meatloaf mixture. You'll have now have a hollowed out loaf. Fill with meatloaf mixture, replace the top and bake. Voila, meatloaf in a crust. I use lean ground beef and ground pork, seasoned with a bit of sage and a pinch of red pepper flakes, but that's just me. I also use lots of onion. So good cold!
