Now fish and cheese is a combo I never thought of.
ReplyDeleteIsn't it funny how I always heard that rule, fish and cheese do not go together?? I just showed my husband an ad for the local grocer yesterday for parmesean crusted tilapia, hmmm how times have changed. But then again, maybe not judging from this recipe.
ReplyDeleteI can see fish and parmesan, especially a mild flavored fish like tilapia. But fish & swiss sounds kind of odd. But many an odd seeming combination is delicious, so may be worth trying
