ReplyDeleteYUM. "Russian Tea" is a new name to me also. Good with ice in summer and hot in cooler weather. I make tea similar to that but no citrus juices, but with pieces of orange zest. Add a touch of allspice and it's like "Constant Comment" tea but expensive. :-)
