Shrimp Creole!


  1. Do you think we've started making things much harder for ourselves. The ingredient list for today's shrimp creole is certainly longer than this one.

  2. Shrimp simmered for 1/2 hour will be tough.
    This isn't real shrimp creole, this recipe is shrimp with tomato sauce on rice - minute rice at that!!!
    The recipe on this link is everyday traditional Shrimp creole, just like I learned from my friends in Louisiana:
    It's especially nice served on fragrant rice like basmati, texmati, jasmine, or of course Louisiana's own popcorn rice.
