That is a wonderful recipe! I'll try it tomorrow or next week, when it's to get so warm around here. I'm so glad the weather is back to warm--it's been awfully cold.
Wow, I've never had Hawaiian Punch. This seems awfully sweet, but with lots of ice probably not. Very refreshing on a hot day. When I was a kid my mother mixed milk and ginger ale for a sweet drink. (She also put a few drops of vanilla or almond in milk for flavoring.) We always drank ginger ale for an upset stomach.
As a lover of all things vintage, I write about our cottage home, inspirational decorating, vintage finds, thrifty buys, and old-time recipes. I have many additional interests such as reading, writing, blogging, arts and crafts, and quilting...I write about these interests as well as about family, friends, shelties, nature and hobbies.
