That might be good on mixed greens with some peppery bite. Like a classic mesclun mix. One could also use chard. There is such a variety of olives on the market these days, maybe a touch of garlic in the dressing, this would be quite savory and a one dish meal! But no individual ring molds! I'd just put a scoop of spinach on top of the greens with a glop of dressing on top. :-)
