Log Cabin Eggs!

  1. Cut out a circle from a slice of bread, keep the cut center in the slice and fry in butter or bacon fat. Turn if you like for extra crispy goodness. Remove the center piece and drop in an egg. When the egg is cooked to your liking, pop the center piece over the egg and serve. Voila! "Egg with a Hat"!
