This one sounds really good. A twist to the one I make using fresh/frozen green peas, bacon, celery, onion, garlic powder or garlic flavored croutons in a mayo or ranch dressing.
I've got a big head of cauliflower just wasting away in the fridge. I bought it thinking that I would snack on it instead of junk food. Now I think I'll make a salad with it! Thanks Coralie!
