Coralie, this cookie recipe looks like it would be fun to make with my four-year-old granddaughter. She loves to help me cook, and I can just see her little hands making the balls and mashing them with a fork.
Thank you for sharing it ... I'm going to print and try it during the holidays.
Hi Girly...Just had to visit as it's been a bit since I stopped by! Meandered through your last few posts...
Just had to tell you love the recipe... But what I REALLY love is the picture of your Momma on the church steps. SNIFF. What I wouldn't give for pictures like that.
I have one taken in Galveston with my momma and siblings when she was expecting my baby sister. We were sooo poor~nearly starving to death at the little church my father pastored. Sweet but hard times.
As a lover of all things vintage, I write about our cottage home, inspirational decorating, vintage finds, thrifty buys, and old-time recipes. I have many additional interests such as reading, writing, blogging, arts and crafts, and quilting...I write about these interests as well as about family, friends, shelties, nature and hobbies.

I'll have to give this a try. My hubby is of Swedish descent, and he adores Swedish food. Never heard of these, but I'll give them a try.
ReplyDeleteThat first line cracks me up. She really wanted to spell out the instructions.
