Peaking in at your fun vintage recipe blog. I wish I had my Mom's little recipe box because she use to type her recipes on cute little cards. Not sure where that file went to? Thanks for the memories. Joyce
Coralie, I love your recipe blog. My cousin is here visiting and we poured over your recipes and had fun deciding what we will cook. When she comes we try all kinds of new things to cook. You made our day. She voted for corn fritters because her mom used to make them for her. I'm making quick coffee bread. We'll take photos and share them. Thank you so much for the fun.
I love the photos of your family when you were younger.
As a lover of all things vintage, I write about our cottage home, inspirational decorating, vintage finds, thrifty buys, and old-time recipes. I have many additional interests such as reading, writing, blogging, arts and crafts, and quilting...I write about these interests as well as about family, friends, shelties, nature and hobbies.
I remember my mom making something like this...the smell of cinnamon coming from a warm oven, always makes me think of her, and our family home!
ReplyDeleteShe always made buttermilk by adding vinegar to it.
ReplyDeleteI LOVE your header!
