Tomato Custard!

  1. ummm.. wouldn't the tomato and onion have more flavor if it was sauteed instead of boiled before sieving? And add some fresh parsley before baking? It sounds kind of bland this way. And cream sauce with peas! So 50's :-)
    I visulize this nice buttery toast.
