Venison is a big deal around here, but not for me. I've tasted it, there is nothing wrong with it, but I'm not eating it! This would also be good with pork ribs!
My son makes a lot of venison as his dad hunts, and gives it to him for his freezer. Normally, Josh throws it into the crock pot with a can of french onion soup...but the bbq sauce would be a whole new ballgame!

ReplyDeleteThis sounds interesting. I think I might try this with some tweaks. Maybe add a little bit of chilli.
