Swedish Christmas Porridge!

  1. I heard a recommendation that medium grain was best for this kind of pudding. Short grain (Like arborio) is too gooey, long grain not starchy enough. But medium grain is just right :-)

  2. I made a Portuguese sweet rice for Thanksgiving... dare I make a Swedish porridge for Christmas? It could happen! I'm kind of cookie-crazy at the moment, but doesn't this recipe sound soothing? I might have to give in.
