Chicken Liver Pate!


  1. My brother would adore this...however, the cooking of it would gag me immediately!

  2. I love chicken liver paté; however, I can't see the point of boiling livers when there is all that butter waiting. My "go to" recipe is from Fanny Farmer. Recipe calls for sauteeing the livers and onion in the butter. Also has brandy, mustard, mace, cloves and pepper. Really good on rye crackers. Obviously spices can be adjusted to taste.
