I love anything to do with sweet potatoes, since I had to do without them for so many years. They simply were not available in the area of Germany that I live in, but have gained popularity over the years and now I can get them at my local grocery store! I am thrilled. I will try this recipe, sounds yummy!
As a lover of all things vintage, I write about our cottage home, inspirational decorating, vintage finds, thrifty buys, and old-time recipes. I have many additional interests such as reading, writing, blogging, arts and crafts, and quilting...I write about these interests as well as about family, friends, shelties, nature and hobbies.

ReplyDeleteI had forgotten, just how often, cornflakes were thrown into a recipe in the 50's. Added crunch!!
