I have a recipe from a friend's mother which is quite similar but is a cake, not a bread; and with melted butter not oil. It is one of our favorites. If you'd like to see it (and try it!) here it is:

ReplyDeleteThis sounds like something my mother-in-law would make. Pineapple, zucchini and raisins...I'd rather have chocolate chips, pecans and peanut butter!
