Ah, but it's the seemingly odd ingredient that makes the difference. Personally I don't get the condensed milk. The jello is already pretty sweet, condensed milk seems like too much extra sweetness. Evaporated milk would make sense.

It seems odd the Horseradish is involved, but otherwise sounds great.
