I've often read about potato in cake but have never tried it. I'm going to save your recipe and make this cake. I love butter and chocolate and potatoes. How could it not be great?!

ReplyDeleteHow about sauerkraut chocolate cake? I haven't tried that, but potatoes add wonderful texture, this has to be good.
