ReplyDeleteooh, this is like my old classic Fanny Farmer recipe but richer. Someone gave me several cans of applesauce - so I'll make many cakes.
ReplyDeleteSometimes if I don't have many eggs, I add some molasses and reduce the white sugar. It's hard to mess up this classic!
