I love the concept of your blog. This dish looks great. We are always looking for new ways to prepare beets when the CSA overload hits.
ReplyDeleteOh, what fun recipes. We call those creamy potatoes "Funeral Potatoes" as they are often brought to funerals at church. Love this.
