HAHA, this will be good for the Invasion of The Zuchini this summer. A friend made something very much like this for my birthday. It was in a pie dish, the crust was thin biscuit dough brushed with a bit of yellow mustard which was a nice touch. It also had some fresh rosemary - where I live, we all have a rosemary bush in the yard. I pigged out on it. I bet this would be good with the buttery yellow summer squash.
