I like lentils, I've never heard of anything like this. I wonder if you use this as a meatless meal or a side dish?
The perfect recipe for Monday. It's a politically correct fad to forgo meat on Mondays. San Francisco recently passed a resolution for Meatless Monday's. Oh, and another resolution for cage free eggs. It's truly a nanny city.
