I have never made homemade spice cake. Always use a mix, I will have to save this for the fall. Hubby is on a brownie kick right now.

This sounds wonderful. No frosting whatsoever..just warm spice cake straight from the oven. Maybe a smear of fresh churned sweet butter..Pure Heaven!!!!!
ReplyDeleteOh my! Might just have to try this! I just made spice cupcakes with cream cheese frosting a few days ago and that is one of my favorite combinations. I bet this would be heavenly with cream cheese frosting, too!
