Oh...I love sponge cake. With whipped cream. And raspberries. And seriously....why do I come here. It usually only makes me hungry...unless it's about some kind of seafood and then it makes me vicariously hungry for my husband.

Sponge cake... boy, does that bring back memories. My Mom would make sponge cakes for all three of us kids birthdays. Always! I should make one just for old time sake :)
