Oh man. That sounds yummy. And I have sooo many onions to use up in my garden. I have a recipe similar to this that we serve sometimes with hamburgers or steaks on the grill.
I had to tell you I did have sour cream and the 3 people that tried the peaches and cream pie loved it. I sure wish I had a camera in my hand when I walked in the kitchen to get 2 more pieces for the other guests. There stood Josh, front paws on the counter peaches on each side of her jowl. Expression on her face....no mom I did not eat peach pie! Thanks for the recipe.
