Luv Hamloaf! I always choose it for my birthday dinner. Loafs tend to get a bad rep, but Hamloaf is a gem.
Ham loaf is one of my favorite foods. My mom makes it (I don't-I like it being a treat). Hers has regular crackers and no mustard. Now, I want some!Sue
Yes, the lowly loaf is under appreciated. It's a delicious and economical. I love salmon loaf with lots of parsley and mustard.
