At first I was horrified by the concept of lettuce baked with cream of chicken soup. Boy, was I relieved to see this recipe was for chicken (or another version of) salad!
Very similar to the Potato Chip Casserole recipe my Momma fixed when I was growing up - and which I loved! Sadly, fixed it for my hubby and son; they were like "where's the beef?" Guys!
