This sounds SO good!!! I can't wait to try it!
When we were first married I made stroganoff like this. We called it "poor mans" stroganoff. I didn't put the sherry in mine or the tomatoes...I did mine either with a white sauce or (ugh) cream of mushroom soup. My husband would still like this.
