Bread pudding is one of our faves! I don't do meringue on it though. We eat a vanilla sauce drizzled over it. YUMMY! Now you've gone and made me hungry! :)
...have never seen bread pudding with meringue. wonder it that is a regional thing? we prefer sauce or icing drizzle. any bread pudding to us is terrific.
