I had no idea there was such thing as chicken loaf! I'll have to try it. I have to say my favorite loaf is Hamloaf.
CAROL - 1 tablespoon chopped onion3/4 teaspoon salt & 1/2 teaspoon paprika. I think some chopped parsley would also be nice. I love cold salmon loaf with mustard.
I think this would be good...but, the name is sort of awful. I picture dog food (sorry)!
